This tour will bring you closer to the traditional villages of Apokorona area of Crete.

First of all you will visit Gavalochori, the traditional village of and the Historical and Folklore Museum of Gavalochori that it has been operating since 1968. It is housed in a building that is a typical example of local traditional architecture with Venetian influences. In the same village there is the association of women who knit lace in a very special way and a unique technique .Though you will have the opportunity to buy some, if you wish.

Follows a visit and a walk to the next traditional village of Vamos and a stop at a traditional cafe for coffee break.

We will continue to the next traditional, mountain village of Kefalas and our visit to a local winery where you will introduce yourself to the magical world of wine and the wine production

Our trip will end with having a lunch at a traditional tavern in the next mountain village Fres
